Eating Healthier(:
Hey Y'all!! Well in school we have a class called healthy lifestyles, and we are learning to eat healthier, exercise more, and no whats NOT good for your body. I like it alot! I have noticed I haven't been eating healthy lately but that's gonna change!!! Tonight instead of eating cookies I ate grapes(: I ran on the elliptical. I ran a mile in 16 min. I am starting a food diary and I think I can really change my eating habits. If you want to make a food diary go ahead. Just remember do whats best for YOUR body!!
